Hindusthali is first and foremost a concept with cuisine that draws its resources from Ayurveda while creating its own recipes rich in flavours and colors.
Food plays an essential role in health and longevity, which is why Hindusthali creates its cuisine with the balance of 5 flavours: Sweet, Salty, Sour, Bitter, and Spicy.
The blend of spices is made on-site, balanced to allow the body to function well in digestion, and benefits from the medicinal properties of spices such as Turmeric (anti-inflammatory), Cumin (digestion), and Fenugreek (controlling lipids and glucides), and others…
The thali (stainless steel tray) includes this balanced food, offering several dishes consisting of at least one cereal, and more vegetables cooked, and raw without forgetting the taste and flavours.
Through Hindusthali, with my 20-year experience in France, I will keep offering healthy balanced, and tasty food by trusting my intuition and instinct.
